Teaching comes naturally to Justin Grill, DO, medical director of the Mercy Health 
Regional Simulation Lab and director of medical education for Mercy Health Muskegon.
A graduate of Fowlerville High, Grill earned his undergraduate degree at Calvin College and graduated from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007.
Grill began working on his master’s degree in education while still a resident. He arrived at Mercy Health Muskegon as an emergency room physician three and a half years ago and is uniquely qualified for the job as medical director for the Sim Lab and, as of January 2015, director of medical education for Mercy Health.
